Mohammadreza Farzad

Born September 1978, He launched his film career with acting in some short and feature films and then moved into Documentary cinema as researcher and film editor. As a documentary filmmaker he has made some films Awarded and screened in national and international film Festivals. His first film “Into Thin Air” premiered at Berlinale 2011, shown in almost 30 film festivals till now. His second film again "Blames and Flames" premiered at Berlinale 2012 shown in almost 20 International film festivals till now. His third titled: "The Forget-Me-Not Egg" nominated for the best Iranian documentary of year 2012. He is the co-writer of "Revolutionary Memories of Bahman who loved Leila" (Directed by Farahnaz Sharifi) selected for IDFA 2012, Paradocs, experimental documentary program.
