Mahmoud Kiana Falavarjani is a truck driver and amateur filmmaker. His most well known films, which feature all-animal casts, include Wrestling Between Crow and Cat and The Raven and the Fox. After spending time in a psychiatric ward for manic depression after the death of his pet fox (and star of his films), Mahmoud begins to rebuild his life around a new project: a donkey love story. But first he must catch new animal actors and repair his relationship with his wife.
